| Boeing said Friday that engineers had been unable to fix all the valves whose malfunction forced the scrubbing of its planned launch 10 days ago. The decision to separate the spacecraft from its rocket booster means another launch opportunity is unlikely until next year for Boeing's entry in NASA's "commercial crew" program to transport astronauts and cargo to the International Space Station. SpaceX, NASA's other partner, has made three crewed missions to the station. |
