| The late Alex Trebek's replacement, who was an executive producer of the show, had come under fire for many disparaging comments on his old podcast, which came to light in a report earlier this week by the Ringer. He had also been accused of harassment during his time on "The Price Is Right." Richards was announced as Trebek's permanent replacement just last week, concluding a six-month search that featured more than a dozen guest hosts of the long-running game show.
