| Two Kabul-based diplomats confirmed the flight and said the manifest would allow 211 people to leave, including American, British, Italian, Dutch, Ukraininan and German passport holders. The permission comes as numerous planes containing people who wish to leave the country remain stuck at the airport in the northern city of Mazar-e Sharif. |
