| National Transportation Safety Board investigators are probing last week's derailment while trying to determine why wheels on some 7000-series rail cars had shifted. Metro pulled about 60 percent of its fleet out of commission earlier this week, saying rail service would remain limited until at least Sunday, but the transit agency extended that timeline through Oct. 31. |
