| The National Transportation Safety Board released details of its investigation one day after Metro pulled more than half of its rail cars out of service following a discovery that multiple axles were out of compliance with manufacturer specifications. The suspension of Metro's latest train model comes amid an NTSB investigation into a Blue Line derailment that occurred last week.
