Sign up for this newsletter Read online Your morning dose of Post commentary and guest opinions.       By Mili Mitra Global Opinions editor  Email The Supreme Court's decision to allow Texas's flagrantly unconstitutional ban on abortion after six weeks to go into effect made the court look "like a bunch of weak — or maybe willing — dupes of clever lawyers," Ruth Marcus writes. Now the court has a second chance, thanks to a suit from the Biden Justice Department — and it should take it. The Justice Department's lawsuit brings up different legal questions, so if the court steps in, it would not be a flip-flop. And it would reduce the volume of outrage currently directed at the court. As Marcus writes: "They have another chance. By 'they,' I mean Brett M. Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett, the two justices most likely to switch positions. The best outcome would be if they took the plunge together, creating a 6-to-3 vote to block the Texas law." And if the court decides to go in a different direction?
