Our columnist Dana Milbank decided to go on a political safari.   The RINOs — Republicans in name only — are the perceived intraparty enemies of Donald Trump. He's used the term against Sens. Mitt Romney and Pat Toomey; Paul Ryan; John McCain. This week he used it to disparage the late Colin Powell. "The real RINOs are Trump and his followers," Milbank writes. They have abandoned all GOP political principles, he explains. "Trump's Republican flock has achieved herd immunity from the truth." What about the zebras? Three escaped from an exotic animal breeder two months ago in Maryland, where Milbank went looking for them: "I'm cheering for the fugitive zebras because they refused to run with the herd. We need more of that around here." Like Republican Reps. Liz Cheney (Wyo.) and Adam Kinzinger (Ill.), who, Milbank writes, "have refused to join the rest of Donald Trump's GOP on its goose step toward authoritarianism."
