| A judge in federal claims court ruled Thursday against Blue Origin's suit claiming that NASA violated its rules when it awarded the lunar lander contract to just SpaceX's Starship system. The judge's ruling was sealed, but it was the second Blue Origin appeal of the SpaceX award to be rejected. |
