Satisfying little bites of chocolate chocolate chip cookie dough - made from chickpeas, oat flour, date syrup, and cocoa?!? Yes, please!
I am not one to sneak veggies into foods. I told my husband what I was making...and he forgot. So, he kept coming back to the fridge for the cookie dough bites, totally oblivious to the chickpeas, etc. They're that good. He FORGOT they were anything but a sweet treat. WIN.
